- Minimum booking: 3 hours for hourly rates; no maximum for daily.
- Safety: All vehicles have a CVI done every 6 months by provincial government certified inspector; drivers have clean records and child-transport certification where applicable.

- Ex 1: After School Pickup event round trip (18 passengers service picking up at school taking group to a park wait 2 hrs and back): Using the 20-Pax Shuttle Ford E450 at $90/hr, a 3 hour rental would be approximately $270 (plus GST and TIP, this example for local Richmond/Vancouver pickups). Weekly/monthly discounts available—contact for quote.
